We provide professional digital solutions including Web Design & Development, E-commerce (WooCommerce/Shopify), UI/UX Design, SEO, and Consulting. We reserve the right to evolve or modify our services at any time, with specific scopes defined in individual project contracts.
Users must not misuse this site through hacking, scraping, or any unlawful activity. All content on this site is protected; copying or redistributing materials without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
All website content belongs to Duck-IQ Web Studio. Final project deliverables' ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment, though we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
Clients must provide accurate information, deliver content (images/text) on time, and approve designs within agreed timelines. Delays from the client side will directly impact and extend the final delivery dates.
Our pricing is project or milestone-based. An advance deposit is usually required before work commences. Late payments may result in work suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage.
The number of revisions is limited to what is specified in your proposal. Any 'scope creep' or additional features requested outside the initial agreement will incur additional costs and require a timeline adjustment.
We often utilize third-party tools (hosting, APIs, premium plugins). Duck-IQ is not responsible for any outages, service changes, or policy updates from these external providers.
Our services are provided 'as is'. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business results or revenue increases. We are not liable for any indirect damages or data loss occurring after project handover.
Either party may terminate the agreement if terms are breached. Upon termination, payment for all work completed up to that date is mandatory. Deliverables will only be released upon full settlement of dues.
Your project data and business strategies remain strictly confidential. We are open to signing formal NDAs for sensitive projects to ensure maximum data protection.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
Duck-IQ Web Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
